Not a bypass but I was pregnant after my sleeve. She's almost 15 months and I'm still up about 15lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. No issues - but I also haven't really tried to lose the weight. I've just been happy maintaining.

I didn't want to go after work. That was my motivation. I go 4x a week at 4am. I've been doing it for a little over 2 years. Once I got started it just became a routine. I'll admit since I'm pregnant it's been hard to get up but I still keep trying!

I've done multiple rounds of Whole30 and it's honestly works and makes me feel amazing. I did my first round back in July. When I feel myself slipping I go back for another round. I started a round yesterday!

Ehhh, I log my gym time. Do I eat my calories back? No because I know it's not correct. My typical elliptical work out is 35-40 minutes starting at level 12 and ending at level 25. Am I burning more calories than the person who does the elliptical at level 1 for 40 minutes? Yup....but I just don't put that much into what…

I swear I didn't know Herbalife was still around and the past week I've heard about it like 10 times. What is it exactly? My husband and I were out of town last weekend and evidently there was a convention in town and all the reps were at our hotel.

Cheesy jalapeno chicken and Spanish rice w/a salad.

Check with your doctor. My husband basically eats one meal a day and even then it's not massive. Most of his calories come from what he drinks. His is a daily struggle as he wants to gain weight but just doesn't have an appetite.

My diary is open for friends - but fair warning I am such a basic eater but I do own what I eat so it's an honest log.
-
I meal prep on Sunday for Monday-Thursday. I am so basic though - it's really just chopping veggies, dividing fruit and nuts into servings, boiling eggs, and putting together some type of meat to go with my salads or roasted veggies. I only prep breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I cook dinner every night.

I am two years out from a VSG. I am also a food addict, secret eater, and binge eater. How do I binge with a sleeve? Easy....I eat all day long. I can't eat a ton but I can eat once an hour. So I decided to go back to therapy and work on my food issues AGAIN. The biggest thing is realizing you have the problem and taking…

No, that's not bad at all! You could even use peanut powder.

I am up at 4am for my work out. I usually just have coffee until around 10:30. Lately - my favorite breakfast is chicken sausage, eggs, and a sweet potato hash. It's the perfect balance for me and I don't eat again until around 3.
-
I don't look at it as an option. It's an hour and a half I dedicate to myself 4x a week. I wake up at 4am...no option to back out. Now, 2 years later I look forward to it!

You are definitely not alone (if you look at my food diary I could've written your post). I took a break from therapy but my self sabotage has gotten so bad I'm going back on Friday. I am 100% a control freak and I am in control of my food consumption but now I'm at the point where it is controlling me.....

Growing up in the south - we ate a ton of fresh from the garden veggies but they were normally cooked with bacon grease or fatback and service with a massive side of cornbread haha. For the most part I like my vegetables roasted (cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts, and potatoes). I like zucchini noodles stir fried…

I’ll definitely check those out. Right now I’m drinking PEScience. I don’t mind it but I’m always intrigued by different flavors

I just looked at the Inspire website. Do you think the protein shakes are worth the purchase just to incorporate in my lifestyle for every day use? They have so many different flavors that look appealing to me.

Emotionally and mentally I'm definitely struggling. I'm a binge eater - and secret eater. I've made an appointment w/my therapist and my general to go over some stuff... I'm up around 5lbs from my lowest (originally around 12). The only reason I haven't gained more is because the one thing I haven't stopped is working out.…

I followed KETO for about 8 months but in the back of my mind I still knew it was CICO. The problem with me is I'm a binger....so I need to eliminate from my diet in order to be successful. I'm not a diet preacher and I really don't care about getting through to other people. People do what they want in their own time -…

I am a binge eater. I can be amazing all week and then allow myself a cheat day and I will eat, eat, and eat some more. The only "advice" I can offer is don't let it snow ball. I still let myself snowball occasionally but it is nothing like it was....I do force myself to track my binges so I own it and I see exactly how…

To Wong Foo and The Cutting Edge.

I make this because I've tried to eliminate dairy from my diet. Here's another hack - process some dates w/a little water until creamy and it's almost like caramel. Ahhhh, so amazing!
-
breakfast - sweet potato w/almond butter, coconut, and a banana lunch - salsa chicken over cauliflower rice snacks - boiled eggs, carrots, grapes dinner - chicken shawarma over zucchini noodles dessert - watermelon and cantaloupe mix

1. Food Scale 2. Vitamix 3. Cauliflower Rice 4. Grill 5. Spice Rack!

I don't believe any of the hooplah about a pouch reset. I started Whole30 last week to cleanse my body....except instead of their idea of intuitive eating I'm weighing and measuring everything I eat. I was so lax about food and I need the structure and discipline that comes with Whole30. Whole foods are definitely best and…

I was sleeved almost 2 years ago (8/2016). Please feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like.

Breakfast - coffee w/almond milk S1 (around 10:30) 2 eggs scrambled and a kiwi Lunch - 2 boiled eggs and mango S2 - protein shake mixed with cashew milk and iced coffee Dinner - patty melt with oven fries I had a salad packed for lunch but I just wasn't feeling it so I ate two more eggs...lol too much effort for the salad…

That is me....my husband is so controlled when it comes to eating and me if it's there, I will eat it (if it's something I like). There are many things I can pass on but fresh baked goods don't survive at my house neither does kettle corn or M&Ms lol
-
I log daily! I'm all about keeping up with everyone AND I like seeing what others eat - it gives me ideas because I tend to be pretty basic.

I agree with the calorie dense food. My favorite way to get in my calories is with almonds, cashews, or any type of nut. Usually if I'm low at the end of the day I'll go for an apple or banana w/almond butter.
