My name is Rhonda, I've used MyFitnessPal on and off for years. Had gastric sleeve surgery on June 5th. I just started the soft food phase. Would like some sleeved friends for support and information.

    Hi Rhonda, I had to take a second look, as I have an Aunt named Rhonda who had a sleeve done too, and was wondering if it was her, but she had her's don'e awhile ago.

    I'm scheduled to have one done in September, so while I do not have the experience yet, I will...eventually :)

    I too have had MFP for many years, and used it off and on. I'm hoping that it will help me as I deal with the fun of eating after surgery.
