Mine is loose 1 pound a week and 1.300 calories im ok when i get my mind into it but i end up going back round in circles ive come back on here now to really do it this time im determined not to go back to old ways

Ye tbh it might just be taking my body alot to adjust to the loosing weight process might just take some time to show or the scan on foods are not accurate i wont beat meself up about it ill carry on and keep working hard as best as i can thanks alot

Ok great thanks ive changed it to 1 pound per week it was on 1.5lb per week it has not changed the 1.200 calories though ill stick with it i supoose

Tbh i carnt remember what i choose ive been logged on 20 days now and ok i have been silly and had the odd treat but i just dont really know what foods to eat what excersize to do maybe im just doing everything wrong

I must eat 1.200 calories a day and i scan all the food so ye i dont know really tbh im just fed up

Hmm ok didnt know that either way ill do the challege if it helps me loose weight by just eating in day time healthly and lots of excersize ill do it im determined im sick of being fat

I have 330 left now as i had chicken curry and chips now some of ben and jerrys icecream then im done before 7pm

I have heard eating in the night puts more weight on you also i cannot have a treat as ive only just started loosing weight again after eating alot i mean alot of junk food so last thing i need right now it each any more of it just cause i have a few hundred calories left lol and thanks alot

Its a group off here than im doing the challenge with its for november only no food after 7pm lol

Because i always eat alot of junk at night and also i had 4 bars of chocolate last night i think i need to eat next to nothing today lol

Its a whole roasted chicken and ok great thanks alot for that i might just have brocoli as ive went over my limit of fat for day just by eating scrambled egg lol

I dont know ill halft to put it into my calorie scanner thing i might just not eat no fatty foods atall thats all i eat so think i need to stop it altogther or i will get nowhere

What type of icecream can you eat i have ben and jerrys chocolate fudge and mint i dont know if i can have them
