I have this problem as well. I eat until I'm full. Often times feeling miserable after. But some of these tips actually make sense. I'm going to try it

Ok! I will go search for it and join it! Yes I just weighed myself once I got back from my trip to Nashville and in at 226 :( seriously the heaviest I've ever been. It's effecting me mentally as well. That's why I finally decided this year there are no more excuses!
