Just come through a knee injury myself. Bought myself a stationery bike, best thing ever. Was able to do a HIIT workout without putting to much strain on knee. Also lifted weights being careful not to strain knee but also bought knee sleeves to help support, which I still wear now.

You can also whiz blueberries ( or other berries) with the almond milk add it to the oats, pop n microwave then add the whey protein and 0% yogurt. I like to top that with flaked almonds and manukau…

I plan on having a dry January, used to drink most days but cut it down to weekends only. But now I have lost most of the weight, drinking is holding me back from my final goal. Plus I Always eat more when I drink and choice of food, not always good, plus alcohol puts a stop on your body burning fat and it's so full of…

Hi, this is a great place for help and support. I only discovered MFP about 4 weeks ago, but better late than never. My weight when I first started this weight loss journey was 182lbs and am 5 ft. I now weigh 118.8lbs. So I'v done a lot of it without MFP but glad to have found it now. Sending friend request.

My diary is open to friends

The most important thing is to keep going, don't give up. My journey has been long, sometimes I do great, then I stall, progress stops. I sometimes sabotage myself, but I have not given up.

I started by going walks, would borrow a friends dog to motivate me.

Don't worry about it, move on. I went mad at the weekend drank wine, beer and ate chocolate cake, what's done is done.

Accept you are going to slip no one is perfect. Doesn't mean we stop trying. I also work out at home it can be a bit lonely, that's where the community here can be a help. I've just discovered it, still learning the ropes but I think this community is a great idea.

Also looking for accountability partner. I am really good at keeping on track during the week, but weekends are the danger zone for me, the temptation is to have alcohol and if I do it never stops at one or two plus I eat twice as much, result is all the weeks hard work comes undone. So no alcohol for this weekend. Get in…

Looking good. I want the muscle you have. Lost a lot of weight doing T25, now doing body beast as well to gain more muscle. You are proof if you keep at it you can do it. Thanks for the inspiration.

Been doing T25 for a while now, lost over 4 stone. It's worth keeping at it. I am now doing a hybrid of body beast and T25, Body Beast for muscle. Working at shifting the last of the fat and muscle burns calories.

Think most of us go through spells like this. Bit on the down side myself at the moment. I just do something, go for a walk, anything that gets you moving, a half hour of exercise because as much as you do not feel like it, you always feel better after it. Don't know if this is helpful but it's what I do.

I also am doing beachbody , started with T25 now do T25 along with Bodybeast. Lost over 4st with T25 but no longer go on the scales, concentrating on measurements and how clothes fit.
