I got mine to sync by going through the MFP app on my smartphone. And you have to have data or wifi and Bluetooth turned on.

I had shoulder surgery in April and got even more out of shape than I already was. Just started going to the gym about 5 months ago to lose weight and just now going to start some weight training. I feel better now than I have in years. Here's hoping you get everything sorted out.

I read that walking/hiking outdoors is not only good for you and your dog physically but mentally. I exercise on the treadmill during the week after work then on the weekends when I go home I take my dog out for hikes. We both enjoy it and it's just good to get out in nature and just enjoy. Keep doing what your doing.

I'm in Prescott Valley Arizona but working in Mesa during the week. I go to the gym and work the treadmill to improve my cardio for hikes. After a month now I can see a huge improvement when I go hiking on the weekends.

I do an hour of treadmill every day and go for a nice hike on the weekends and it has really helped me. I have dropped a steady 5 lbs in three weeks and I feel great.
