Thanks for posting this. It is ironic how much better we feel when we stop but it is so damn hard to do. Good luck! Looking forward to hearing about your success.

good work guys. Try keeping tooth picks around. I keep a box in the car.

Hang in there! As a serious emotional over eater I know where you are coming from. Some times I try to check in to mfp rather than checking in to the pantry. If I'm here it usually helps me regain control. Good luck , you can do this!

It was a blast. Runners are nuts!

I ran the gridiron 4 miler in central park today. It was a bit cold but there were more than 5000 other runners (crazy people) entered. I didn't even finish last!

One day at a time! We have all been there. I have spent an hour foraging in my pantry like a grizzly bear :) It's not what you do on any one day its what you do over the long haul.

Thanks for your inspiring story! Truly amazing!

Great job :) Starting is the hardest part and you have accomplished that already. I started with the same goal. It was 100 days until my birthday. I'm almost half way there and have dropped significant weight and am wearing stuff that hasn't fit in years. Keep up the good work!

Ran three miles off road yesterday in the florida keys. I used to barely make it on a bike. While I did it there was a low altitude flyover of three fighter jets. I was all alone and it felt like my own superbowl flyover.

Amazing, truly inspirational!
