I'm in! I am 50 and my goal is to run my first 5k by May so losing 30 by January sure will help!!! lets get moving!!! first check in 194lbs, 5.7 foot tall bmi is 32.7. only just started running this week Monday but going for 4 days a week 2 miles a day. also thinking about doing some weights on my arm flab lol
