Hey Sara .. i had the same problem but i tried to get ahead of it early .. gained back 7 kg and started a strict system again on my way to back tot he weight i desire and aiming from more just to be in the safe side .. keep ot up .. eat healthy and dont miss you exercises ☺️☺️
