Just the constant jumping motion? My sister plays college basketball and all the girls on her team are very bulky and they do a lot of jumping so that was the direction my thoughts were going in... Sorry if it is a dumb question lol my mother always tells me I was born a blonde :)

Thanks for the replies! I went 2 minutes on and 1-2 minutes off for about 30+ minutes. I feel it mostly in my ankles but it was okay. Going to try it again but without the breaks
