  • Can anyone tell me how to post a picture of my prepared recipes in the recipe section on mfp? I am meaning on my personal recipes. I see the icon for a picture, but it only posts one if I am importing the recipe from another site. I can't figure out how to post my own personal pics.

  • Hi luv, there's some really great information on this on facebook in a group called "Ketogenic Success". There are many ladies in the group with PCOS that I have read about who have had great success with keto and have become pregnant. Just read one yesterday and she posted a pic of her ultrasound. Awesome stuff.
