I disconnected and reconnected via the internet and it worked, happy days. Then I went on a long walk and it didn't update the steps again, it just stayed as it was from earlier. So I had to disconnect and reconnect AGAIN! This is getting annoying now!

Same problem here too. WIsh they'd hurry up and sort it or I won't be paying for premium again.
