I radically changed my food. I drink green smoothies for 2 of my meals and usually have lentils or a salmon patty for the 3rd. No sugar, no wheat, no corn, no potatoes. I grind oat bran into a fine powder and mix it with water for a snack, like oat milk.

I like to make myself oat-milk by mixing finely-ground oat bran with water

I use my blender to re-grind oat-bran into a very fine powder, and often mix some up with water for a quick snack. I keep a tub in my desk and throw in a couple of TB into a glass. Also, I LIVE on green smoothies, and I've been adding beans in for extra protein!
