I too am in need of accountibilty & motivation. I am not sure what core de force entails but my goal is gym time & extra cardio at home. Approx 1 1/2 hr daily. I am looking at mid morning for gym. However that may change once I see the busy-i-ness of the gym. I suppose it doesn't matter when....just that we do it!

Hello! I'm not from the UK however I do need to lose 40lbs. I am 56 female from AZ. So we are all in this together. My goal is to walk daily - perhaps a mile to start & increase my veggies. Not a big fan of veggies but will strive to eat some daily, preferably raw.
