Starting new here. I am a woman in my 50’s working full time, new to being an empty nester & now learning to focus on me. I’ve been looking into water classes. I ordered swim suits on line - a daunting and a bit overwhelming experience .... ok more than a bit. I wish you well on your journey.

Well .... seeing this a few days late but the challenge coincided with a personal one made. I’m in the process of finding a new health/lifestyle I can live with. I gave myself til end of year to lose10lbs. So yay!
