Hi y'all My eating habits have been a huge struggle throughout this month and I can't help but bring a sense of "shame" to myself every time I have to use a pass day, since it's happened so frequently. So I'm gonna drop out for the rest of the month to figure some stuff out and work on getting back on track, cuz right now I'm sorta stuck in a cycle
But I might join again in November (I I plan to, but I always end up having less self control around food & overeating in November-December, so I don't know how long I'll be able to stay on track.) But I'm sure that if Nov-Dec are a no-go, I'll definitely join again in January 🌟
Good luck to everyone else, I love reading everyone's stories & adventures + the photos y'all post, you're all so cool! 🌟5 -

@shermikes98, I'm with you on the root canal, I had mine Monday, and pain is finally dissipating, I hope yours it too.
@peachpastries, I'm sorry to see you go. But, I totally understand the feelings of shame when taking pass days. I'm the same way. Although there's really nothing to be ashamed of, sometimes we set goals that are too difficult for ourselves, or life interferes and the time just isn't right. I hope you come back. If you do, I would consider setting a higher calorie goal, that you can achieve. It's a good way to get in the habit of logging and succeeding. Good luck and hope to see you again.1
