    @shermikes98, I'm with you on the root canal, I had mine Monday, and pain is finally dissipating, I hope yours it too.

    @peachpastries, I'm sorry to see you go. But, I totally understand the feelings of shame when taking pass days. I'm the same way. Although there's really nothing to be ashamed of, sometimes we set goals that are too difficult for ourselves, or life interferes and the time just isn't right. I hope you come back. If you do, I would consider setting a higher calorie goal, that you can achieve. It's a good way to get in the habit of logging and succeeding. Good luck and hope to see you again.
