Hello everyone! I am back from a phenomenal family holiday around Tasmania (island state south of Australia’s mainland) these last 2 weeks. Whilst I did not track calories, the daily hiking seems to have at least maintained things, and now I am ready to double down and recommence all tracking. When I get a chance I will read back through your posts from this last fortnight. Tried to attach photos of our Cradle Mountain walks and Wineglass Bay etc but phone playing up.

Cataract surgery (2nd eye) today. Looking forward to a life without glasses! Exercise a bit limited today, but will be,able to get a walk in so I can stay on plan.9

Food logged, good choices made (plus the magnum ice cream I forgot to eat yesterday) but it did fit well within the calorie budget. 90 minute Jiu Jitsu class was brutal but that's expected after a time away. The quicker I get through the rich days, the quicker I will get my fitness back so I will persevere.
My morning walk was cancelled by rain, but as I'm just getting over flu, it wasn't worth risking it.
Good to be back and loving all the nsv's.
Stepped on the scale this morning and found it was lower than I expected. I can make fighting weight by dropping only 2 kgs but I'm aiming for 3.5 from this weight as I know I fluctuate and don't want to stress about it at comp time.8 -
Yes x 3 for today, done a lot of home baking, had a few treats and put the rest in freezer, damage limitation, whereas I would usually be snacking morning til night!8

NSV! A friend brought over simple cheesecake slices for dessert last weekend. She said they she was gonna buy the decadent turtle cheesecake, but opted for plain instead because "they won't like the crazy one, they're healthy eaters'"! This is HILARIOUS to me, cause I definitely would prefer the crazy turtle cake!! Also, I've never ever thought I'd be a person so associated with healthy eating that it altered what someone brings over for a meal.4 -

Hi y'all My eating habits have been a huge struggle throughout this month and I can't help but bring a sense of "shame" to myself every time I have to use a pass day, since it's happened so frequently. So I'm gonna drop out for the rest of the month to figure some stuff out and work on getting back on track, cuz right now I'm sorta stuck in a cycle
But I might join again in November (I I plan to, but I always end up having less self control around food & overeating in November-December, so I don't know how long I'll be able to stay on track.) But I'm sure that if Nov-Dec are a no-go, I'll definitely join again in January 🌟
Good luck to everyone else, I love reading everyone's stories & adventures + the photos y'all post, you're all so cool! 🌟5 -
