    I had fun being outside doing farm activities today. We are in transition to winter weather, so we must cut back many plants in our floral & prairie grass gardens; store away summer exterior furniture and tools; cut trees and split firewood; clean up and repair a storm damaged barn roof; and more. More than 2 hours of such farm activity today.

    Exercise yes, 10 min quigong, 20 min leslie sansone - turned cold here in UK so needed to warm up quickly, 60 min walk around Thetford

    Calories, no silly me peanuts so moreish and very high Calories

    Exercised and tracked, but was over in calories due to a Halloween party that I planned to enjoy 😎

    Yes. Had to take extended walks to try to reach my step goal. Day 6/7. 86043 steps/ 109k goal

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
    Yes. Ate well

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
    Yes

    Yes to all 3. Don’t know what happened but
    My ankle is badly swollen and hurts
    Will take it easy today so better for tomorrow
