Sadly I am out of the challenge for this month. Some stuff has gone on over the last few days which has made it really hard to keep up with tracking accurately. Hopefully things will settle down so I can get back to normal with next month's challenge7

Busy work day at home (again). Got out to walk at least.
Managed to get the bodyweight set done on Thursday night, so all good for activity on the 25th )

Exercised?: Yes (drone track setup, take down and 1 hours ice skating)

Helped set up a drone track at a local club in the morning, flew 3 flights, then went off to a reunion of an ice skating team I used to compete with.
First time ice skating in over 10 years. Could still skate forwards and backwards (and turn between at speed), could also still do spins (did not try any jumps ). Vary shaky at first, but enough came back quick enough to start to feel comfortable again.
After skating, went back to drone race track and only got in 2 more flights before having to help pack up. (Flights are only about 4 minutes at most).
Spent the evening repairing small issues with main race drone and getting backup drone flying gain (it had a bad motor that needed replacing).
Drone race competition tomorrow (club event).
@mekelly. You are not out of the challenge, but you may not make circle this month. Still happy to have you posting and participating. Forming habits takes time, effort and consistency. Just keep working away at it one day at a time.
@RangerRickL. Used to use jump rope (skipping) as a warm up for skating. Could comfortably do all the techniques shown in the video . Good cardio and coordination exercise and fairly low impact when done properly.7 -
Meh. Bad day. Race route recon was a bad surprise, technical trail in single track with an electrified fence on a side (oh joy...). Two falls, one bruised knee, one bruised ankle or at least I hope it's just bruised.
Both coaches said best to not race at all tomorrow and I agree.
At least I ate and got to track anyway.

Wow it's a touch on the cool side today!! plus the clocks go back tonight, gosh after the amazing summer in the UK I'd forgotten how dreary the late autumn / early winter can be ~ which is why being part of this challenge is so important to me, being accountable to this group inspires me to push onward instead of being a couch potato LOL5 -
Not making the best for choices and slightly over on calories again but it's all logged. Tomorrow won't be great options because our church is having a party for 10 years and I'm on duty at both services. Will aim to stay in calorie limit though.
Great morning at Jiu Jitsu. Drilled with coach and got the technique down well. Will be looking to use that one in rolling. Rolled a few rounds with some of the boys. The upper blue belt was impressed at my defense and commented on a few things I was doing well. I wasn't even aware I was doing them because they have just become a part of what I do, which is exactly what it should become!
Watched Venom with my bestie tonight! It was awesome. I love that her husband is not into superhero movies so it's our thing and he looks after the kids!

I had fun being outside doing farm activities today. We are in transition to winter weather, so we must cut back many plants in our floral & prairie grass gardens; store away summer exterior furniture and tools; cut trees and split firewood; clean up and repair a storm damaged barn roof; and more. More than 2 hours of such farm activity today.
