Exercise - 1h easy mtb ride, pre-race
Calories - yes
Tracked - yes
Want to know it all? I used a pass last night to have all my favourite foods, stuff I have been craving for weeks...all foods I know well and like, no experiments. Turns out they tasted bland somehow and they tasted ok but not the mindblowing feeling I'd expect.
Bit disappointing to be honest.5 -

Busy work day at home. Did not manage to get out so plan to do bodyweight set.
So good to be back here again.
Looking forward to the weekend.
My wife's weekly weigh day is Thursday (today). She has now attained a weight lighter than I was at my heaviest (Jan 1, 2017). Her comment was: "This is both amazing and scary". She is now officially the lightest she has ever been since I met her in 1977.
@RangerRickL. Thank you. This month has been insane with work. I'm sure it will slow down soon (hopefully not famous last words ).

No success for me today. Well not a total success. I did get 2 out of 3.
Good Jiu Jitsu session and considering how much I have trained this week after about 4 weeks off, I'm not that sore or tired.
I made some not healthy food choices but although I was going to not log it, I decided to get my second point here and it's all accounted. Nearly 1000 calories over my budget, but tomorrow is another day!6 -

Yes x 2 which doesn't really count. I just was too achy to workout today, so I'm going to take another pass. I was really hoping to get through this month without issues, but life doesn't work that way sometimes. I'm NOT giving up and will stay the course.5

Day 25 ends with me still on plan. My new goal is to end the month w/o using any pass days. Just 6 more to go!4

Exercised? Yes, 50 minute morning walk in village while we waited for an oil change for our car
Calories? Yes, day started poorly as I was up at 1:30 AM and consumed not 1...but 4 granola bars! That was a good third of my daily allowance. Needless to say, I had to lay off for a good share of the rest of the day but ended up within allowance. Definitely NOT a good way to start the day. I should know better...in fact, I do know better...but sometimes the snacks get the better of me!

I have learnt that the best thing for the I worked to hard pain, is movement! You don't have to do anything hectic, just a walk or active stretching like yoga helps amazingly! I know it's hard to get going when you feel like that, but I promise it helps. And you only need to do a little bit. Next time you feel like that, try and do two 10 minutes sessions in the day or even four 5 minute sessions.4 -
