I find weekends easier. I have more time to think, document and exercise. On workdays, I get so busy I don't have time to plan and eat, then I starve, and want to binge. Also have one deadly boring meeting a week, that has a table of cakes & cookies as the only area of interest for two hours. That's always hard, and I don't even like that stuff.
Going forward, I started planning my weekly meals and snacks on Sundays, so I don't run into trouble during the workdays.6 -

Exercize - 1h30 road bike + 30m run + 1h45 surfing.
Calories - yes I have had enough food to save a small country from famine and I'm still under

Sup-surfing was interesting today, as I assembled my paddle (3 pieces) a spring snapped broken. Uh oh. Ended up repairing it temporarily with a bandaid (yes!!!) and some iron wire I found in the car so I could surf anyway. Mc Gyver would be proud.
Got a new paddle for tomorrow though, I'm not going to challenge luck!!5 -

It varies. A quiet weekend that I'm in control of I find easier than a week day but when socialising and eating out or at friends at the weekend I find harder.3 -

Being retired, it's all like a weekend!! I'm pretty disciplined so I just keep plugging along. As I've said before on here, I think being a bachelor, no family, makes it easier for me to stay on track with my food choices.

Another long day at the office. Again, to office before dawn, back to hotel after dusk. Hooray for weekends.

Calories?: Yes (under by a ridiculous margin with all the walking)

Visited the Las Ventas (tour), Parque del Ritrio, passed the Real Jardin Botanico, via San Miguel (back for dinner round 10:00pm), Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol.
Plan to visit the Royal palace tomorrow, Real Jardin Botanico, Mueso del Prado and maybe a bull fight at Las Ventas in the evening (as it is a part of Spanish culture). Try make the most of Madrid while I am here.

Pre planned pass day today. Went to a party and i knew it would be difficult to track all the ingredients. I stuck to healthy choices so no harm!
Weekends are only sometimes a little difficult because I do more eating out or at parties and it's just more time consuming to track.4
