Starting tomorrow I am going on a short vacation to celebrate my 50th birthday. My goal is to enjoy myself but not go overboard.

Pass. I'm a teacher and it was parents' evening after work. I didn't fit in time for exercise or time to finish my food diary and went to bed instead.4
