Okay, I'm back to the treadmill and inside exercise for most of the next 6 months, but if the dogs can do it....I can too!

Greetings @RangerRickL and my MFP virtual friends. We are back from our month long trip. Joining the group for accountability the rest of the month. Plan is to be present for the entire months of November through February. The holiday months are definitely a challenge!
Love the picture today. I'm hoping to get another month of outdoor exercise before succumbing to indoor routines. Not looking forward to winter.9 -

Yes, I will travel 24+ hours to get home (Australia), stay 2 days, then travel 24+ hours back to Spain. (All in economy class - even though travelling for work ).

Exercise -schooled 2 horses for total of 90 minutes, plus lots of walking getting horses to and from pastures.

Exercise? Yes...easing back into a routine. While we've done lots of hiking...there are muscle groups which have been underutilized in the last month...particularly arms, back, shoulders. Today's exercise was an intentional 35 minuted walk and 10 minutes of low impact aerobic. Also spent many hours cleaning on the van, doing laundry and putting camp supplies away.

Back to the grind! Today is my first day home from a long weekend anniversary trip. I took time off of tracking, so I'm certainly out of the circle but...I did a TON of walking, and though I indulged in treats I didn't overdo it. Proud of that.
Yes x 3 for today, I'm prelogging for the night. Gonna make simple sandwiches and should be well under for the day. Also gonna do an hour and a half dog walk.6 -
