    Started the day with a 70 minute workout with a different trainer.
    Calories: well under my limit
    Tracking: good

    anyone else having issues with this app being super slow lately?! posts take forever to type and accessing the boards is slow.it just glitched before I could submit my NSV, I'll try again later
