@BMcC9 A turkish get up is a fiendish core exercise where you lie on your back and hold a weight in one hand straight up in the air and the proceed to get up to standing through a specific set of moves keeping that arm and weight still and steady the whole time - It is HARD but I hate burpees, so this was the alternative that the trainer suggested.2
