A big meal to you is 500 cals? Man that's rough. I work with 2050 cals and I eat when I'm hungry which looks like this: a light meal at 3ish then a 1000+ cal meal in the evening followed by another light meal/snavk in the night.

Lol, watcha complaining about? You've got bags of meat, you're pretty much half way there. Get some rice, potatoes, frozen veggies and you're set. You can throw in a few wraps in there too if you're feeling a lil funky.

Just because you're not tracking it doesn't mean your regular structure of eating goes out the window. You had a structure that kept you in a deficit when you were counting, continue with it just without the counting. Simples.

Fasting doesn't actually cause you to lose weight. What it does is make eating at a calorie deficit easier as you've less time to spend eating and you're unlikely to eat a great deal after your first meal which would be latter in the day. There was a time when I worked out that early. Loved it. By 5:30 I already felt like I've conquered my day lol. These days my workouts are pretty late but I'm aiming to return back to those days. Well done for the commitment brother!
