Hello, I think I could use some support now that I'm over 50, it is so hard to keep the weight off. I'm not new to MFP, I did really good back in 2014-2017 staying between 170-174 using MFP. 5th Week CW: 182 WL: +2 lbs this week TWL: -2 GW: 165 Not such a good week. I must admit, I haven't been tracking my food intake over the weekend.

4th Week CW: 179 WL: 0 lbs this week TWL: -4 GW: 165 I sure was expecting to lose much more by now, it's been a month for me and only 4 lbs. I'll keep trying..... Trying to lose weight really gets harder the older you get, so for you young people, do the best you can now and try to keep it off.
