I was shocked to learn that my 13 year old daughter still thought all babies where cut out of the mom's belly. Um, what???

My mother was recently diagnosed with this. It has been very difficult for her to eat at times. What has worked for her is eating very small meals/snacks every 2 hours. She also has diabetes which complicates things more as she can also have a difficult time regulating blood sugar.

Ok I think I understand the negative adjustment. But.... What I don't understand is why if I had 2198 calories out and 1745 in did it tell me I went over budget?

I have an office job and spend most of the day at my desk. I try to get in some kind of activity at lunch, even if it's walking around the shopping center near work. Most of my physical activity is in the evening when I'm running around my house taking care of 3 kids.

I used to drink 4-5 times a week. I have cut down to no drinking during the week (only Friday and Saturday if I choose) and it is amazing! Sure, I miss it, but I also miss sleep when I'm drinking and I'd rather miss the alcohol right now than the sleep. I really feel so much better. I have more energy and I can eat a lot…

I tend to gain during ovulation no matter how well I'm eating. I generally see most of my weight loss a day or two after my period starts. I may see a slight loss during the month, but I get mostly a big drop in weight (as long as I'm logging) right after my period starts.

I do it, but not really on purpose...it's just the way I eat. I eat my first meal at about 12 and my last by about 7-7:30. I've eaten this way almost my whole life...I think CICO is really all that matter though.

I work in property management and the A/C drip pan had overflowed in one of our short term rental units and we could not get the repair man out that day. We had to drain some of the water out.
