I have done the same thing after losing 15lbs over the course of about 3 months. It's really disappointing but I know I have nothing or one one else to blame but myself. I am the only one that can get myself back on track which I am doing as of today. We have to dig deep and find that drive and motivation that we had when…

A grilled chicken wrap from McDonald's is 240 calories, a crispy chicken wrap is 310. A McDonald's bagel is 290 calories. If you ate grilled wrap, a crispy wrap, and a bagel a day that is only 840 calories... You have to be consuming more calories.

I buy a pack of 4 chicken breast which cost about $8-$9, cook them on Sunday and eat for lunch all week. You can pair it with some rice which costs about $4 a pound (if you buy the expense one). 5 Lunches= $13 You can make a pot of chili to eat for lunch or dinner if you like. I make 3lbs of beef ($10), 3 cans of tomato…

People amaze me. If I put anything the freezer or refrigerator at work I out a sticky note with my name on it. Not sure that it would stop someone if they really wanted it but at least they will know whose food they are eating.

I agree with this. Lately, as I said, it has been outta sight outta mind. No logging, then you don't have to face how bad it actually is. I notice it is the same with weighing everyday. It makes me more honest with myself and more accountable to myself.

I've stopped tracking everyday. I may do 2-3 days a week then something comes up and I just throw in the towel. I am such a pain in my own *kitten*!

We are a family of 5. My meal preps go something like this... Make lunch and dinner menu and go grocery shopping on Sunday. Meal prep for lunches Sunday night. This usually includes cooking chicken of some sort and rice. My kids make their own lunch every morning. I will take out what is needed for the dinner planned for…

I just realized that I can watch free movies on youtube with closed caption on....so that is where I am at today.

Noooo....yelling is bad

Oh I am sticking it out, but the struggle is very real today

If we are talking just beer, then that is about 8-10 beers per day depending on what kind of beer you are drinking. I like to enjoy my drinks a few days a week too, but I had to lay off the beer. I switched to drinking red wine. The kind I get is approximately 100 calories per glass, 480 calories in the whole bottle…

I totally agree with this. My fiance let me know very early on that he loved the way I looked and never wanted me to change. That being said, after about 3 years together I had gained about 15 lbs and he never mentioned it, even when I did.

People who push their carts at a snails pace (causes me road rage, lol) or park their cart in the middle of the aisle where you can't get by.

For me a "binge" is when I eat compulsively, almost as if I can't control it...there are usually negative emtions attached to it...it's a little more than just eating a little too much

Thanks for all the feedback! I feel like I am starting all over again. I was pre-logging my food this morning and it was just so depressing. Like I remembering how I felt when I first started and it seemed impossible to lose any amount of weight. I had gotten into the habit of eating at correct portion size and stopped…

33 lbs. for my first 35 lbs. for my second almost 50 for my third The weight came off easily for number 1 and 3. I never really lost all the weight from the second when I got pregnant for the 3rd. After the last one, I lost all the weight plus some.

I've recently gained 6 lbs after losing 15. I just kinda gave up I guess. The disappointment and frustration makes it harder to get back on track...for me anyway. I plan to get my act together TODAY and re-gain some self control. Feel free to add me and we can motivate each other!

This. I have no other reason (or excuse) other than it was my birthday then it was Mardi Gras and I didn't feel like tracking. I wanted the food and the drinks that everyone else was having. I gave up control.

We have been going to Pensacola Beach, Fl every summer since I was little. The beaches are beautiful and it is a very family oriented little place.

I met this guy online and after about a week or two of texting and talking on the phone, he invited me to a Pelican's game. I am more of a football girl, but we seemed to be hitting it off so I agreed to meet him there. As I walked up to meet him, it occurred to me that he must have used an old picture of himself online…

I once left in the middle of a date because the guy was much shorter than me...I am 5'2.

This gave me a good chuckle

I think if I were wealthy and considering entering into a marriage, I would want one. I was married for 15 years. We married young and didn't have anything to our name...fast forward 15 years and 3 kids later...I was a stay at home mom and everything we had was in my husband's name. I left with nothing. No bank account, no…

Right! Been there! :D

I was married to a total A-Hole for 15 years...does that count??? :D

I wish I could watch Netflix! My company has the internet access locked down so tight there are only a handful of sites I can go to. I'm getting creative with my "work errands" that I have to run... Run to the bank...and stop at the grocery Go to the post office....and stop at Target Go to the notary....and run home and…

I really really try not to get too over zealous and just do a little here and there, but sometimes I just can't stop lol

Easy money yes, but at the cost of my sanity. My last job I was at 100 mph all the time, but my boss was a C U Next Tuesday...I guess this is the trade off, lol

It's not often that I wake up feeling this way, but I did today. I just feel frustrated today! And I hate feeling like this. You are not alone.

I have done both. As a stay at home mom, I had more time to go to the gym, grocery shop, meal prep, etc. However, just because I had more time didn't mean I had more motivation.
