Thanks for the advice. Usually 1000 is enough for me. I only need 1400 to maintain anyway (I only weigh 117.5 pounds so I don't need a lot to maintain! :) ) so usually im full. Thank you for your support :) I know you might be right... my TDEE for maintenance is 1,472 and I'm terrified of going anywhere near that value. So I was trying to eat 1000 calories a day. Today I won't be exercising and i'll try the "shock" fast food day :)

Wow I'm at a complete standstill. I am 53.3 and have been for many days. No gain, no loss. I think I need to fast for a bit.... urgh! I'm terrified. i would love to have a big yard someday! It doesnt look like its going to happen for me though haha. My dad has a big yard and he always has nice fresh veg so I always take some interest when someone says theyr planting something :)

Also, you might find it more worthwhile to get dumbbells so you can increase the weight as you progress... i know the exercises you can do with both differ slightly so you might prefer kettlebells

Split it into smaller portions (e.g. 25% of a normal meal), freeze it and then mix it up with other leftover portions or as a side to your main meal :) if you have 4 different dinners split into 4 parts each, you could end up having an awesome meal of 1/4 lasagna, 1/4 chilli con carne, 1/4 of pasta alfreddo and 1/4 of bbq…

Could just be water weight. A few days is not enough to know for sure! Stick with it so you'll learn if its the cause or not :)

I like that you add a lot of colour to your meals! Colour makes meals seem happier (to me at least haha) I craved McDonalds yesterday as well but couldn't decide what I wanted so just went home. I think McD is okay as long as you stay under.
