I agree with brenda... stalls are bound to happen. But they are temporary. You've stalled for two weeks and gone so well for months! dont worry about it. report back next week and we'll talk about your progress. If in the following weeks you are still stalled, we'll see what you can try :)

Thank you! I'm doing this at home. I have a home gym, barbell rods, dumb bells, plates, ab machine. I'm decently equipped. I don't like gyms.
