I definitely do not consume enough protein. I guess I need to increase my intake by adding protein shakes to my diet For anyone interested: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/protein-amounts-in-food/ I've read that its recommended to consume 1g for every pound you weight if you are lifting.

You're just 2 pounds away and you've got 11 days left to reach your goal :) Thanks! Today I realised I lost another 200 grams! so its now 2.5 kg left (and I lost 1.5kg so far). Still a little tight but I'll do my best to get as close as possible to the goal.

Bob - how do you manage OMAD with lifting? I've read that we need to eat protein after a workout... so how would this work? I cant work out on an empty stomach and don't know what to do.

yay another thread to read! I started OCT as well. Your progress is consistent!! It's really good. Thanks for starting your own thread... it helps us learn more :) Do you feel lightheaded during 2 week fasts? I don't know if I could ever manage fasting for that long!

You're getting quite fit! I hope I'll follow the same path when I'm in maintenance stage. I'm started lifting (low weights) to get used to it. When I get to maintenance I'll try to go heavier!

Sorry I haven't updated the chart yet. I will when I have access to my PC :) I weigh 52.9 now :) I started this month at 54.0. I have 2.9kgs left for this month. A little tight but I will keep trying!! Vanguard, as long as its going down don't worry :)

In my head, when I gain back I think "easy come, easy go". I honestly think any gain we get in a small amount of time is easier to get rid of than weight that's been there for a while. I might be wrong but this mentality helps me work harder to make up for any gains

John, may I ask you what you use to get your heart rate measurements whilst you work out? Did you buy something? Like a heart rate watch?
