haha i usually feel the same way. i eat a pound of chicken on most days along with other stuff but im usually around 1200 calories so all is good :)

Don't take vit d for granted. I live on a very sunny island in the Mediterranean and most of us have vit d deficiencies. I'm really sorry abt ur back :(

Hello! I gained 3 pounds in one night but I did get my period today so it might be related. Glad to see my period back :) maybe now my stress levels are going down

Thank you! how nice of you to find this article. It makes a lot of sense. Females would gain about 1 pound a month in the beginning. That seems reasonable. I'm following the Thinner, Leaner, Stronger programme to lose fat and gain muscle so the scale value should not be 1 pound increase a month due to the minor losses.

When my blood pressure would go down and I'd feel faint, I'd take: http://ors.uk.com/ you might be able to ask if this would help you in your case. Maybe you can do your fast and take these? i'm sure the caloric count won't affect your fast. You put one in a glass of water. But obviously you'll have to see what's good for…

**HUG** look after your health dear x you're almost at your target so there is truly no need for you to rush. Try not to exercise or do anything strenuous before eating. It might be worthwhile checking your pressure and blood sugar levels. keep safe x

Congrats on the weight loss. I hope your lumps are nothing! I had a lump on one of mine and it was just a cyst. I'm hoping its the same for you. <3 but yes get them checked out as soon as possible, if for nothing more than for peace of mind. xxx
