So, today I had a banana smoothie, 2 pieces of COD with chips, hummus, two weetabix with milk, and half a container of fage total 0% yoghurt

I really appreciate Omad when I get to eat 1200 cals in one go. Feel so full I feel I might burst every night! Split into 6 portions throughout the day is so unsatisfactory

I was reading that if we rush the last few pounds we'll be shedding a lot of muscle with the fat, so its not a bad thing that it slows down :)

Wow what an inspiration. I hope I get close to deadlifting at my bodyweight as well! I'm still at 54 pounds :) squats a lot less because I don't have a power cage yet. Great work!!!!

Thank you! yes, I meant for every kilo. I eat 1g for every pound though I wouldn't recommend until trying out 1g for every kilo first. See how body reacts to it plus it can be difficult adjusting to new diet plans.

I don't know if this will help but I would suggest focusing on your macros. I'll try for a longer period of time and report back to you to see if it truly is the best plan but I try to get at least 1g of protein for every pound you weigh if you are also exercising. Protein fills you up and is really good for your muscles…
