I've never tried Enlightened before. I LOVE Halo Top - Mint Chip, Salted Caramel, Vanilla and Strawberry are my top favs. Black Cherry, Birthday Cake, Peanut Butter and Oatmeal are pretty good. My least favs were Lemon and Chocolate Almond Crunch

You shouldn't be in a calorie deficit for more than 3-4 months at a time. Do a maintenance diet for a few weeks, then you can go back to a calorie deficit.

I have an "Ozeri" digital scale. I think I bought it in 2015 and it's extremely precise. Each time I have done my weigh-ins for my powerlifting meets, my scale is exactly the same as the meet director's scale.

I only use my Fitbit for steps and just to get an "estimate" on calories burned. Not surprised by the study or any other studies I've seen. I've never relied on the machines at the gym for accuracy either because those are always off

I eat 2 hours before lifting, then a protein bar after my workout. If I'm going home after my workout, I'll skip the protein bar and eat a full meal when I get home.

I did mostly cardio the first 6 months. I used the rowing machine, rowing approximately 45-50 minutes/day probably 5 times a week or so. After 6 months, I started lifting more regularly.

I've never worn leggings to the gym .... ever. I only wear shorts even when it's freezing out :smiley: I don't know how people can workout in leggings, sweat pants, etc.

My favs are My Bar, Oh Yeah (Salted Caramel is TDF!), Fit Crunch and Power Crunch. I eat one immediately after my workout and just figure it into my macros.
