Feel free to add me as well. I suffer from Body Dysmorphia and BED with OCD. I constantly think about food, and had such a bad night snacking problem I had to have 15 fillings done. I have lost 96 lbs since January and have gotten it 75% under control but I do have binge days still.

I eat their beef less sliders every night with reduced fat provolone and it's great. I get over 20g of protein from that alone!

Between walking and running, my goal for October is 325 miles! I'm getting ready for a half marathon this weekend as well!

I'll probably log my food and exercise forever, or as long as possible. I have overcome a terrible food addiction and I'm pre-diabetic so I need to see my macros and micros quickly. I don't mind it at all and even enjoy logging as it keeps me honest and nutrition oriented.
