I would try eating more whole foods. Add in some fresh veggies, you said you like chips if that crunch is satisfying try some baby carrots or celery. Congrats on the progress that you have made so far. Sticking to your diet for 80+ days is no small achievement.

You might be able to try an elimination diet to see if it is a specific food. I know the tomatoes & strawberries are in the Nightshade family and they are a more common allergy than foods high in histamine. For some people they just need to cut out histamine foods for awhile then once the body is able to clean itself up…

No idea about the weight loss but there are many experts that do tout it as a remedy to acid reflux. There is a muscle at the top of the stomach before the esophagus that is supposed to close once stomach acid reaches a certain point to start digestion. I am starting out myself to loose some weight. The thing I learned was to read labels. Stay away from excessive sugar, artificial sweeteners, High fructose corn syrup, and MSG. And like everyone else has said portion control. Best of luck and we are all rooting for you.
