Whoever said stretching is a no-no, is not to be believed. Stretching should be done when your muscles are warm. That can be after a workout, after getting out of a hot shower, after getting out of a hot tub....Stretching helps prevent injuries plus it feels good :p

I agree with Sue. Measure and track measurements to know with certainty. No need to speculate. Other things might make your belly bigger (i.e. TOM, indigestion, etc.)

1. Unless you are training for a show or an athletic event, it doesn't matter when you eat. (Timing of eating and calorie/macro intake is more important then.) If you're trying to lose weight, make sure you are at a deficit. 2. See #1 above. How long and how far are you jogging each day?

Never....well, really once a year when I go to the MD for an exam. The other day, I was asked by another woman how much I weighed. I said "I have no idea." She looked at me like I was crazy. I don't bother with the scale because I gauge my progress by how I feel, how I look in the mirror, and how my clothes fit.

A quick, easy, low calorie, low sugar protein source is protein powder. You can easily get 20-30 grams of protein in a 6 oz "shake". I just use water and shake to dissolve the powder. I'm a vegetarian so I drink a post work out shake, usually a shake during the day, and 1 right before bed. I eat 4 real/whole food meals a…
