Feel free to add me. I've been on MFP since the beginning of 2016 with a goal of losing 105 pounds. I lost over 40 pounds last year, got into bad eating habits again and gained most of it back. I have gotten it back on track and have lost 11 pounds of my 105 pound goal.

I'm a middle, middle ager. Been on MFP for almost 1 year. I lost about 40 pounds of my almost 100 goal in a little over 6 months. Gained all but 15 or so of that lost weight in about 4 months. I've been back at it doing the right things and doing them the right way - slow and steady. Feel free to add me.
