We can really find some shockers looking at the nutrition labels. To the point of not looking at them when I want to "enjoy" them...I know. I'm fooling myself. WhaT I have decided is to serve myself the portion of whatever snack and not eat out of the bag, container, etc

I can so identify with your situation. Now I am using measuring spoons and cups to dole out my servings.
