For a crispy idea, I buy 34 degree crackers- you can have 9 crackers for 50 calories. They come in different flavors ...they do the trick when I am craving the salsa. Which, if you have not tried the recipe on here for Cucumber Strawberry salsa.....do yourself a solid and try it. OMG

I rage quit once....walked out of my office at 11:30 am without saying a word and never went back. Dumb and brilliant at the same time. I highly recommend it at some point in everyone's career. Worked there 10 years...came back from leave for cancer treatments and was no longer willing to put up with anyone's BS..... bye…

This is me totally! So far, my remedy, THIS WEEK , is a snack for the drive home in the form of celery, fruit, turkey pepporoni. I find that raw almonds with celery seems to satiate my hunger the best so I most often eat those. Keep trying you will find what works for you! Good Luck

The gym is my sanctuary but have little ones at home so after they go to bed I go to an EMPTY gym for at least 1.5 to 2 hours at a time at least 3 times a week. I have a favorite 10 mile walk I also do at least once a week so I can be outside.
