  • I LOVE PiYo! I completed it last year but I continue to do it. It's my favourite workout. I have a bad lower back so this is my best option. And I love Chalene, she is so motivating!
  • I'm over half way done. I really like it, I've gained a lot of muscle definition in my arms and shoulders. I've gained 4 pounds on the scale. But I realized that I need to add more cardio (HIIT) if I want to lose more fat.
  • Build legs for me today....it wears me out! It will be interesting to do bulk legs next week!
  • I did Build shoulders yesterday and loved it. So tough but it felt good. I also did 20 mins of squats and lunges, really got my heart rate up! I'd like to try a rowing machine sometime, I think it'd be a great workout. Rest day today but I may do some yoga and stretching. Erin

  • Hi! I'm doing Chalean Extreme right now. I noticed that you did it twice! That's awesome. I love lifting weights. After I'm Chalean I will do body beast then hammer and chisel! Good luck, I hope you get great results
