yes be thankful @Broomstick_Boo it is a pain few should have to deal with. and it's a slippery slope downhill becuase you're left all alone to find ways to achieve the pump and focus and energy. but nothing fills the void, so then you turn to "taking days off" and "actually eating" and it's just very difficult to come back…
