Ask for a box when your meal comes out so you can put half of it away for another day. If it's already in the box, you'll probably be less tempted as it's not right there on your plate. I'm not sure. Whenever I make ground beef I drain the fat. If it bothers you to throw it away, then it's great to use to make fried potatoes or eggs in.

Remember egg whites are your friends! For breakfast most days I'll use one whole egg (for the nutrition) and mix it in with egg whites which are just a little less than 20 calories each in order to bulk up my food and fill me up easier without the calories of eating 2 or 3 whole eggs.

The main reason I drink diet coke, coffee, and energy drinks is because it suppresses my appetite and keeps me from binge eating. It's not the healthiest, but it works for me. It all keeps me from eating too much.
