You can do it!! I started logging at 277, when I was weighed at the Dr's office on the 19th. I am down 11lbs since then. I put in 2.5 hours a day, sometimes more, 6 days a week, and I watch EVERYTHING! I am so glad for My Fitness Pal for keeping track of my food.
