Hey Janine, I’m 36 and living in Katy, TX ( from Louisiana). I’m also looking to lose about 30lbs. My anxiety/depression d/t being overweight has become more intense over the past few years. I’m so ready to kick my bad habits and do this!💪 Good luck to you!
