I just bought a scale after not being on one for two years -- getting an office job put me 30 pounds over what I would like to weigh! Definitely would love to add people to encourage and be encouraged.

That's definitely why I'm here. I just got out of a nightmare of a depressive episode and I'm trying to get that jump start and improve my view of my body while I'm at it.
