I did 30 minutes on the elliptical today without issues so I'll try my 7 miles tomorrow morning. Thanks again for all the replies. Being sick sucks.

I'm a flight attendant, I fly everywhere. I pointed Phoenix out as I've never been in such a hot dry climate for a long run like that. I've grown accustomed to spending 15 days a month on the dry, filthy airplanes without "side effects".

Thanks everyone. I know I'm retaining water because I'm a female and well, yeah that too plus I've been dying of thirst and my sore throats only feels relief when I drink. I probably have been drinking 3-4x what I normally do during the day. One day I binged on some cookies but I agree, nothing that would have been 21,000…

I do that for the most part but I also order my bathroom supplies, non-perishables, and cat food and litter from Walmart.com and get it delivered. It's much cheaper. I lived in NYC for 9 years and still don't have a car where I live now so I walk to get my milk and eggs. I get scared biking on the road to the grocery store…

I'd run in the rain and foam roll inside where it's dry.

I'm not concerned about it just surprised it was as high as it was based but my feelings during the run. I've been a casual runner for years and do some sprint triathlons from time to time. I'm in shape but certainly not an elite athlete. I've just recent (since October) been trying to become a better competitor in the…

Down to 80 within 2-3 minutes. I had to walk almost a mile to get home.

I eat anything that gets me within -200 to 50+ per day. Candy is fine. Alcohol is fine (not before long run day). Veggies are fine. Can't stomach deep fried food though.

I run about 35 miles per week. I've settled into running at a pace which leaves me winded but not gasping for 16 of those miles. For 6 of them, I am running at 90%, like if I'm running a 10K. The other 10-15 is a slow pace that allows me to feel like I could go forever. Years ago when I first started running, I was pushing…

Didnt run Friday, Saturday was a scheduled rest day, and I did my normal 6 miles today and took it easy, especially on the few hills I had to climb. No pain. Had almost 29K steps today. Yay. Still keeping my massage on Tuesday.

Thx for the tips. I scheduled a massage for Tuesday.

I run 30 miles per week, swim when I can, am on my feet at work 15 days a month for 12 hours shifts, play tennis and golf, bike ride when home (I travel for work those 15 days) and stay active almost all the time. At 122-125lbs, I have a hard time not losing weight on 2200-2400 calories per day.

Frozen Weaver Chicken Croquettes with the yellow gravy.

I have a cup of 2% milk and a Fiber One cookie (total 250 cals) before going to bed. Or I have some fruit and whipped cream or 1.5 servings of ice cream.

So I felt like an overfilled water balloon yesterday but ate 2300 calories and ran great today. Definitely had a bit more pep in my step today during my run (which was supposed to be a 4 miler but I had to swap it for tomorrow's 6 because of my work schedule) but had a bathroom emergency for the third run with PB and J…

I bring water if it's either over an hour OR if the temp is above 70 OR if I am running in a new city as I don't want to end up thirsty and dehydrated if I get lost. Maybe I'll start bringing Gatorade on my long run. Thanks for all the feedback.

Yes, the slow runs are very slow. HR is around 170 on hard days, 140ish on slow days. I'm better conditioned in the very cold vs the very hot so my last long run came in around 8:45/mile but it was 18 degrees and HR was in the 140s for the most part. I'll add in some calories for a few weeks and see how that goes. I run…

I run fast on the 5 miler, and very slow on the 90 minute run. The 6/4/6 is pretty slow though once a month I make the first 6 a 10K and try to run it hard. My hard runs are close to 8:15, slow runs around 9:30, give or take weather and terrain. I love ricotta cheese so maybe I'll add 1/2c of that to my diet. That'll give…

Thanks I'll try to increase my calories and see if that helps. I really don't need to lose more weight.

I eat about 50C/30F/20P on average. I like to race at the 5K-15K distances and I do a Sprint Triathlon each Memorial Day weekend. I've been eating around 1900-2100 per day which is a struggle with time. I'm active at work and usually log around 25K steps per day, more on long run days. I also like to swim when I can but my…

I think cereal is the best food ever created.

I run 8:30 minutes for about an hour. At 128lbs, I'm burning maybe 650-700 calories. Someone at 150lbs would probably be burning around 800 I'm assuming.

I'll be jumping for joy when the clock says 0:00 and football season is OVER.
-
Mine seems to be very accurate. I eat about 250 less than what it says per day in case I forget something or other logging errors. I've been maintaining/losing slightly (which I'm fine with for spring and summer).
-
My phone did that today too. The wind chill was 8; came back on in the house and it was at 64%.

I love Dunkin Hines chocolate cupcakes with vanilla Dream Whip pudding topping. I could eat an entire box of each. I can't be happy with just one or two. So I only make a batch for my birthday because I can't control myself. That is probably the only thing I can't eat in moderation.

I'd like to join.

Took the new heated six-person Powder Seeker lift today. That thing is amazing. Got 19 runs in today for 30 miles and 24,000 vertical feet. Two more days of skiing. I ran 2 miles yesterday (7600') in 22:00. I can almost do 3 miles in the same time at home. Elevation nearly killed me.

It started snowing around 3pm today. Still snowing now. Conditions are great, and the place is deserted. Started getting hard to see around 2:30 with the cloud cover. Took a 20ft spill under the lifts of course when I got fetched up on some powder. I love it here.
