Hi! I started today also. I’m not new to weight loss tho. Been anywhere between 196 and 206 and only 5’2”. Hi I’m new but I think I’ve found my group. I agree—I don’t get hungry until 3 pm snack properly then early dinner. After dinner it’s one loooong snack until bedtime. Weigh once a day when u get up. Don’t look at and do t worry. Water 80% of your body shifts around depending on diet eg sofium msg etc. Also when you exercise hard muscles pull water in so even tho you sweated your heart out your body pulled more into the muscle.

You can’t change people just how you react to them Just say thank you for noticing and change the subject. Have a subject planned such as “I tried a new recipe yesterday”.
