A lot of this change is mind games. Making yourself believe you can survive without those things that are so deliciously bad for you. Honestly though, after a few weeks of eating healthier, you will find that lots of greasy, heavy food will sound awful to you. You'll find yourself craving the healthier options.

It will pass! BUT in the meantime, just know there are always healthy alternatives to most food cravings. Candy? Eat frozen grapes! Chips? Eat popcorn (obv. not the butter-drowned kind).
